Social and personal brand

I've said to friends (you're friends right?) that the essential skill going forward is going to be the management of online identity. As a branding guy you'd expect me to say this.

We're all pretty experienced at managing our brand in the physical world. We brand ourselves with attire, relationships, activities, and in all kinds of other ways. We're trying to project either who we think we are or who we want others to think we are. And we edit and package ourselves differently for different audiences.

Online things have changed and the following presentation not only shows how it highlights some of the thinking that needs to go into the future development of online social networking. And every issue raised for how an individual manages their online presence is far more complex for an organization.

Paul Adams (of Google) explores Social in ways you may not have thought of before.
